We live our values

Our teammates live the FCCI values of loyalty, integrity, vision, excellence and service. We build strong partnerships, listen to our customers and constantly improve. While we're forward-thinking, we still believe in the basics of what's always worked in business — doing the right thing and putting people first.

At FCCI, we’re committed to the communities we serve and to giving back on a regular basis. And we’re not afraid to have a little fun while we’re doing it! When we participate in local food drives, fundraisers and Habitat for Humanities builds, there might be some friendly competition or even a costume or two involved.

We're real people who care about our company and each other. We genuinely enjoy working at FCCI Insurance. See some of our fun company events below.

Fun at FCCI

Fall Fest is a very special time of giving when FCCI teammates across the company  participate in games, tournaments, costume contests and charitable FUN-draising efforts to make a difference for United Way. Even our FCCI Officers get in the game by performing skits for our teammates and donating money to purchase raffle items.

Fall Fest is led by a committee of dedicated FCCI teammates that lend their time and creativity to ensure the success of this month-long charitable event. In 2017, our 26th Annual United Way Campaign - Fall Fest raised $144,561 to support United Way's many community programs! We were pleased to be named the #2 Most Charitable Company in the area by United Way Suncoast.

Our Core Values

We have a solid set of shared values that drive the way we treat others. These values position us, our agency partners and our policyholders for success. If you share these values, you're the right fit for FCCI.

Taking ownership.

We are all business owners of FCCI who treat the company as our own and behave with the long-term success of the company in mind.

Doing the right thing.

We do what we say we’re going to do, hold ourselves and others accountable, and treat everyone with care and respect.

Planning for the future.

We have a clearly articulated vision and employ the best, most talented people to help our vision become a reality.

Leading by example.

We provide the best coverages and services possible, and provide our employees with many opportunities to learn and develop.

Know if you succeed, others around you succeed.

We build strong partnerships, listen to our customers, and constantly improve and give back to our communities.

What it means
to be a team

In March 2016, Matt Selley, a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter in FCCI’s Midwest Region, was diagnosed with lymphoma. Just when he heard the wonderful news that he'd achieved remission, a tornado touched down in his neighborhood.

FCCI Cares

FCCI supports many different charitable organizations. Recipients of our corporate giving include United Way, All Faiths Food Bank, Suncoast Charities for Children, Step Up for Students, Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe and Habitat for Humanity.

Our FCCI teammates also have the option to volunteer during company paid time at the charitable organization of their choice. In 2016 and 2017, FCCI teammates volunteered more than 5,100 service hours.

Teammate Hero Awards

The FCCI Hero Award was created to recognize the outstanding efforts of FCCI teammates in their communities. Twice a year, an FCCI Hero or group of Heroes is chosen from self and peer nominations to be recognized with an award and a monetary donation in their name to the organization they support.

Ivy Wynn-Fowler has helped countless students and adults prepare to achieve goals that would have otherwise seemed unobtainable. In just one example, she created a Gifts for Grads program to send financially challenged college students off with complete dorm kits to set them up for success. We’re proud to name Ivy Wynn-Fowler as a recipient of the FCCI Hero Award.
